The Telin Group includes the most experienced people in the bus industry. We have a reputation of having the "best of the best". There is no substitution for experience. But experience alone is not enough to keep up with changing technology. All our people attend continuing education every year.
We attend national and local conferences, national and local safety and compliance meetings and factory training for everything we sell and service. We are the "go to" people for transportation questions. Please feel free to call on us. If we don’t have the answer, we know the people that do.
We empower our people to make decisions on their own. If it makes sense, is fair and is helpful to the customer, they will do it. That is the advantage of working with our experienced group.
At Telin, we pride ourselves on our service after the sale. We will not sell you a bus and say "see ya!" We are here to support your bus for as long as you own it. We offer the highest quality original equipment manufactured parts (OEM) to keep your bus on the road. We offer our tech line to help your technician repair any problems that might arise. And of course you can always bring your bus back to the dealership or ask for one of our service trucks come to you.
Your satisfaction is Job 1. We want you back as a repeat customer for many years to come.
